These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 677ap (the platform). 1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to 677ap is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following conditions. By registering an account, you warrant that you satisfy each requirement at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 677ap enforces a strict 21+ only policy with no exceptions.
• You must be physically located in Bangladesh or be a Bangladeshi national accessing the platform from an eligible jurisdiction.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or have been previously banned from 677ap for any breach of these terms.

677ap employs age-verification procedures and reserves the right to request identity documentation at any stage. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited and the account permanently closed.

2. Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 677ap. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times.

Account Verification (KYC)

Account Security

You must notify 677ap immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. 677ap will not be held liable for losses resulting from failure to safeguard your credentials. 3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

677ap supports a range of payment methods popular with Bangladesh-based players. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to the minimum and maximum limits stated on the platform at the time of the transaction. All deposits and withdrawals must originate from an account in your own name.

Deposits

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 677ap platform. Engaging in any of these actions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraudulent transactions, or any form of financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to unfairly influence the outcome of games, particularly in live table games such as Blackjack or Poker.
• Registering multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonuses or other first-time promotional offers.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party for any reason whatsoever.

6. Intellectual Property

Under no circumstances shall 677ap's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising between you and 677ap that cannot be resolved amicably through our customer support team should be submitted to binding arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
